By commissioning or purchasing anything from me, you agree to these terms!

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Payment:

💙Payment is ALWAYS collected upfront before ANY work is started.
💙Payment can be made via Paypal, Cashapp, or Ko-Fi!
💙Payment should always be sent via goods/services if paying through paypal!
💙Do NOT write anything in the info section when sending payment. It should be blank or have your USERNAME ONLY
💙You have 24hrs to send payment after claiming adopts or YCHs! If you need more time, please let me know!
💙Tips are appreciated, but not required!

💙Please always credit me when posting! My profiles are listed in the main cardd profile <3
💙If posting to toyhouse, please give me creator credits as EdentheSkunko
💙DO NOT HIDE BIDS/OFFERS! Doing so may result in a block/blacklist.
💙Do NOT offer if you do not have the funds! If something happens, please shoot me a message instead of ghosting! I understand life happens.
💙You may change gender, body type and edit designs! Keep them recognizable! Bigger changes please ask first!
💙Do not sell for more than purchased without more art!
💙If you receive a character by trade/gift made by me, they may only be traded or gifted unless art is added for value.
💙All characters purchased are 18+ and must remain that way, especially if NSFW versions are provided.

Other Info/Refunds:

💙I do not grant commercial use of any of my designs or art, unless discussed previously with me.
💙You may not use my art for AI art or NFTs
💙No refunds on any types of adopts, including eggs, moodboards, and PYOPs.
💙Refunds may only be requested for YCHs/Commissions if work has NOT been started and the time for completion has taken longer than 4 months.
💙A rush order fee can be placed at the price of 80% of the price of the commission/YCH and will be completed on/before an agreed upon date.
💙I am a full time parent and my dedicated work days are the weekends!
